Although HSL attorneys are confident that they will achieve the best result for their clients at the trial court level, sometimes an appeal is necessary, to either defend a victory against the appeal of the losing party or secure the full relief owed to our clients. If an appeal is necessary, HSL attorneys are prepared and experienced to take an appeal to the highest level, even to the United States Supreme Court, to make sure that the case is correctly decided.
